Lots of boats.

This spring is still way to cold, but it did not change the official opening day of the boating season.

Traditionally this event draws lots of people to see the event opener the Windermere Cup, which are (rowing) crew races between the University of Washington against guests.

Followed by this is the parade of all sorts of boats through the 'Montlake Cut', which is the canal that connect Lake Washington with Lake Union.
